The XL Engine Wiki is now open: xlengine.com/wiki

Many of the pages are still empty but I'd like to get some feedback on the general layout. Also I've been adding mods to the Mods created for DaggerXL and XL Engine Mods In Progress section. If you are working on one of these mods please edit your mod page to your liking. In addition if you'd like to add a new mod, you can do that as well - just use the correct categories.

You can upload screenshots to the wiki, file uploads are enabled. Look at the 4xRes Complete font replacement and Cursor page as an example.

Currently full protections are not in place, so anyone who creates an account can edit. I will be fixing that in the near future, as discussed in the Wiki thread.

For good reason, it's similar to the ZDoom layout (though all the content is different of course). I've seen other wiki's with similar layouts though, so it seems like a good one to pick.

I've started adding a few "historical" pages on the games and the engines.

Could I ask for a few extensions that are useful for my template work? Namely, Icon and ParserFunctions for a start. :)

It's going to go from bad to worse in just a few weeks now.

In the meantime, we need an admin to delete those pages and block the spambots... All I can do right now would be blanking those pages, which would be useless.

I locked added pages and editing to "sysop" for the time being. I'll figure out how to setup user groups and give people editing access again who want it (and aren't spammers) - like Gez.

Can I get the power to delete pages? There are eight spam pages that are just staying around, and someone needs to delete them.
