you have inspired me to do a little work on bringing back DOS games. ive created installers that install the game and launch automatically with a desktop shortcut (essentially the daggerfallsetup only with different DOS games) i have also been working on custom launchers for them. for example having all the commander keen games linked into one hub. would you like to take a look at my work?

I moved the topic because it nothing to do with the XL Engine website or forums or with the XL Engine in general.

sorry for posting it in the wrong place, my mind was mush after coding a few launchers. ive done a worlds first and put the first 2 elder scrolls games into one package and put a launcher into it. im gonna be uploading it to my website shortly. i believe the daggerfall inside of it will work with XL.

also if you want, i own every single DOS game ever released. i also create autorunners and installers for them. if you ever nee help on that end of your field i would be happy to help you. like i could make installers for the games released in XL engine and you could host the downloads. im also helping a DOS app devleoper for the APP Aemula Oldies. as ive said before, i own EVERY dos game EVER made.

if there is anything i can help with, please feel free to ask :)

I love what your doing back in the day i remeber how you would have to spend like 10 minutes just launching a game now a days its place a cd in the drive and teabag angry ten year olds. ah memorys :lol:
