For some reason when I try to download it just says 404 page not found. What's going on?

Also will all of these games be free?

It's not new games, only new engines for old ones. So if you own original game - you have legal right to play it with lucius' work :)

You can't download cause there's known trouble, but lucius is unable to fix it right now due to RL

The download link should work again.

As for the games, they are not part of the download. You will have to buy the games in order to play them (or just download in the case of Daggerfall since it is free).
