Random Multiple Spam

There appears to be random arseholes coming on our forum and creating multiple garbage threads advertising insurance and the like and in some cases just gibberish. I'm wondering if stronger security measures need to be implemented? :evil:

For example: viewforum.php?f=6

This douchebag goes by the user name of "balInvoilmmal"

Unfortunately there is no "report" button to inform moderators of these idiots more expediently.

Yeah that bot was quite the spammer, but at least they make it obvious.

The forums already use e-mail registration and visual authentication. The next step is admin account activation (i.e. your account doesn't become activated until I personally approve it). However, given the time required, I think I'll leave it up to the moderators for now and not make it any more annoying for legitimate users who want to join.
