Nice job! I'm a big fan of playing older games fixed up so they can run in these opengl/3dfx days. I appreciate the hard work you did. (Looking forward to the BloodXL version). Hope you're still intending to work on it. Just to wanted to add my choices to some of the already noted requests...
    Gamma correction
    Strafe keys (and more mappable choices)
    Mouse Wheel weapon select
    Always sprint option
    Add the rest of the cheat codes

Brightness adjustment is in for the beta AFAIK. Not sure about gamma or contrast settings however.

The lacds code, can the second entry of lacds be added to show items and enemies? I also sometimes used to use the lantfh to spawn in "outside" areas etc just for fun and exploration. If that could be put in as well I'd greatly appreciate it.
