Hi all !
I discovered DaggerXL some days ago (...finally !), and i love it !
You really do a great work on this ! It remembers me a BIG part of my life playing DF, and this game was so great ... i just want to start it again !

I also installed the TextureReplacers mod to obtain a more actual feel with these new textures, and it did the job... the gread job !

But it lacks new images for the UI.

I've tried placing some lines in TextureReplacers to try overloading some graphics for the UI but failed :
Code:
[INVE00I0.IMG][0]UI\Inv\00I0.tga]
to try my first inventory screen : thumbnail

Can you allow this on your next release ?
So we can specify files to replace vanila IMG files with our own TGA files just like you did for the Textures Packs ?

It would be great to get rid of these blury UI elements and get it more equivalent to your great work !

PsY4 - French Fan !

I changed the [img] tag into an [simg_lg] tag so that the image fits within the theme.

As for the request, that can certainly be done but probably not in the next version.

Nice stuff! Looks nice and crisp but still like vanilla DF.

I think what it's missing is the pixels big and sharp enough to chop wood with.

Great news, i can continue working on UI then.

Yes, that's the goal.
I know lot of people wants to add some functions, and enhance the layout of the UI, but for me, i'd like to feel the vanilla DF atmosphere that made this game the best RPG ever...

Here is my next stuff, the 'pause' menu :

Those all look excellent! Please keep making replacement images for the UI.

These look really clear, nice job!

Just a side note, as it seems like you are going to continue to develop your idea, you may consider starting a new dedicated thread in the Mod/Addon section. Your choice.
